BINDING AGREEMENT was coaxed along on the inside of a foe, went three wide on the turn, gained four wide into the stretch, took the lead at the three-sixteenths, responded well in the final furlong and prevailed under strong urging. CHARGE THE LINE was well placed just off the pace, drafted inside on the turn, made a rail bid in upper stretch then jostled with a foe inside the three-sixteenths, fought on well in the final furlong but missed while able to get the place. WANDERING WEST was reserved towards the rear, went four wide on the turn, came six wide into the stretch, rallied outside in the final furlong, closed fast into the final sixteenth, drifted in late and got up for the show. BRING ME A CHECK was away alertly while sent hard, set the clear pace, was challenged while inside on the turn, turned into the stretch in the two path then lost the advantage, jostled with the winner inside the three-sixteenths, fought between horses into the final furlong, dropped back into the final sixteenth and was out-kicked. SPYCRAFT raced just off the pace on the outside, chased four wide on the turn, was driven five wide into the stretch and lacked the needed kick. LAFITTE'S FLEET bumped twice with a foe early, bumped again with that foe midway down the backstretch, went four wide on the turn, came five wide into the stretch and lacked the needed response. SILVER GALAXY raced at the rear of the field, rounded the turn in the two path and was no factor. PICASSO was urged along off the pace, went three wide on the turn, shifted out in upper stretch and failed to rally. YANKEE SEVEN bumped twice with a foe early, bumped again with that foe midway down the backstretch, moved in with a half-mile to run, saved ground on the turn and also lacked the needed response. DECLINED was reserved off the pace under restraint, moved in to save ground on the turn and failed to threaten. VIOLENT WAYS showed speed then chased the pace, made a bid leaving the backstretch, vied in the two path on the turn, spun three wide into the stretch, steadied behind horses at the three-sixteenths and had nothing left.
