Chart notes
DEREK'S BOY came away sharply and drew clear to rate the pace inside, then kept on the bit through the lane. CHESTNUT LIME gave chase, raced three wide on the turn and settled for second. QUITE SUGGESTIVE chased and raced four wide on the turn but proved empty in the lane. BRILLIANT IDEAS chased through the backstretch, raced off the rail on the turn and ran evenly down the lane. REDOUBTABLE gave chase then weakened at the rail on the turn. ORILEYS TYPHOON lacked speed inside.
