Chart notes
GOLDEN EXPRESSO went to the front, drove clear, led throughout, pulled away down the lane and ridden out. CHICKEN OR THE EGG pressed the pace, racing four wide around the first turn, made a late bid, proved no match for the winner, but got up for second. BE A BANDIT unhurried in the early part, raced outside around the second turn, made a wide bid and missed second. ARCTIC GUITAR lacked early speed, improved position, but was no factor. FURTHER LANE pressed the early pace, forwardly placed until late, tired and was no threat late. MISS MABELEE bobbled at the break, racing near the back and was never close. SUNNY EMPIRE raced within contention, dropped back and was eased to the wire.
