DEAL DRIVEN raced two wide off the pace, moved up outside on the far turn, bid four wide near the quarter pole, took over, drew clear and held well late, driving. ALWAYSMINING raced off the pace inside, moved up inside on the far turn, made a rail bid at the quarter pole, dug in gamely inside in the stretch run and came up second best. BIRD KING raced two wide off the pace, moved up on the far turn, angled out three wide into the lane and rallied mildly. GOLD RUSH DANCER set the pace on the inside, showed the way into the far turn, dueled between rivals approaching the stretch and gave way. ROCK ON LUKE was fractious in the gate, then broke poorly and was off last, moved up four wide early, stalked the leader, chased on the far turn and gave way.
