Chart notes
WATER WHITE three then two wide in pursuit, advanced through the latter portion of the turn to take command under her own power before spinning two to three wide into upper stretch, received some taps to the off side placed to a light drive straightened away, edged clear and was geared down inside the final sixteenth to the wire. ALANDRA five to six paths off the inside down the backstretch, went four wide through the turn coming under coaxing at the three-eighths and advanced on the front taking brief and slim command inside the five-sixteenths before being displaced by the top one spinning four wide into upper stretch, ran on to chase the winner home well clear of the rest to be along second best. SHARP STARR five then four wide in pursuit, got coaxed along midway on the turn, swung five wide into upper stretch and weakened. GONE GLIMMERING showed the way in hand three paths off the inside while facing some pressure to the outside, had that pressure intensify midway on the turn and came under coaxing at the five-sixteenths in response, yielded the front inside that station, went three wide for home and tired. INVALUABLE four wide in pursuit, got coaxed along three furlongs from home, angled five to six wide into upper stretch and tired.
