Chart notes
GOBOLDLY was sent hard to set a clear early pace, raced four wide through the turn, opened up and drew off as an easy winner. STRIKE A STORM was outrun early, raced near the inside, drifted out late and finished second best. OUT FOR JUSTICE tracked the early pace, went seven wide through the turn and finished evenly late. WAYLAY raced in mid pack early, checked into the turn, raced between rivals, angled in and offered no late rally. PLANET NINE was reserved early, angled out eight wide out of the turn and never fired. ISLAND SONG stalked the early pace, went three wide and was empty late. KING LEBRON was allowed to settle early, raced six wide and flattened out. SATRAPA was bumped at the start, was unhurried and was no factor. MIGHTY LION was void of any early speed, was squeezed at the start and was no threat. THE RIDER OF NUMBER EIGHT LOST HIS WHIP IN THE TURN. THE RIDER OF NUMBER FIVE LODGED AND OBJECTION AGAINST NUMBER SIX FOR AN INCIDENT IN THE TURN AND THE STEWARDS TOOK NO ACTION.
