Chart notes
SUPER GARNER angled to the inside past the three quarter pole and rated the pace, pulled clear of Silver Castle approaching the quarter pole, drifted toward the head of the lane then dug in under steady stretch handling to hold off CAYENNE CREEK, who was rated close inside the opening turn, bid leaving the three eighths pole and rounded the far turn off the rail, came inside the drifting winner into the lane, dug in under steady urging and finished evenly. POTENTIAL GRIZZLY rounded the first turn about the three path and settled off the pace into the backstretch, bid leaving the three eighths pole, raced three wide on the far turn then outfinished in the stretch duel for second. ELLIE'S LIL MAN settled off the pace and off the rail the first turn then eased out into the backstretch, bid leaving the seven sixteenths pole, angled outward on the far turn and entered the stretch five wide, dug in through the lane and finished well; widest. SCOTTISH MAN saved ground well off the pace, picked up the chase from the seven sixteenths pole, raced near the rail on the far turn and showed little more. SILVER CASTLE stalked from the three path the first turn, picked up the chase leaving the three eighths pole but dropped back approaching the quarter and weakened in the three path of the far turn.
