Chart notes
MALIBU SPLASH stalked from the two and three paths then bid nearing the three eighths pole, rounded the far turn about the four path and dug in through the lane to take over the final yards. STOWE ANGEL stalked inside then bid leaving the three eighths pole, took the lead approaching the quarter, raced clear past the pole, dug in from the head of the lane but was outfinished the final yards. NAVY SWORD raced in the five path the first turn and was well off the pace into the backstretch, bid toward the seven sixteenths pole, rounded the far turn off the rail then flattened stride the final furlong. LETTS GO TO DIXIES took a slim lead leaving the three quarter pole then gave chase past the nine sixteenths, recovered the edge past the three eighths but was caught at the quarter and faded at the rail on the far turn. WATERLOO ROSE raced off the early pace in the three and four paths, started a bid nearing the three eighths pole, rounded the far turn near the rail and showed little further. GANDARI stalked the early pace three wide then took the lead past the nine sixteenths pole, was soon caught past the three eighths, gave chase from that point then faded on the far turn. KEYED UP raced hemmed in off the rail the first turn and trailed.
