Chart notes
CHOSEN MOON was unhurried to the half, circled four wide while making a stout run on the second turn, pushed clear to mid stretch and edged away under steady urging. LORD VADER broke alertly then was outsprinted and tracked the leaders to the second turn, saved ground but was outkicked by the winner to mid stretch then was tiring but saved second. WILD WAGER trailed to the second turn, was two wide then swung out widest while five deep for the stretch run but could not get to LORD VADER late. AUBURN STREAK was allowed to settle to the second turn, bid three wide but was outkicked to mid stretch and did not rally. PAPA'S HONEY pressed the pace to t he second turn, raced three wide while under pressure to the stretch then tired in the drive. EL COMANDO was pushed to the front, set the pace for a half mile then was asked for his best nearing the second turn but had little to offer and gave out in the stretch.
