Chart notes
TIME TO ZOOM stalked the early pace through the backstretch and turn while two wide, ranged up on the outside of LOCKWOOD entering the stretch to take the lead, and was pressured late by SKY NAVIGATOR but held on for the win. SKY NAVIGATOR settled in the midflight early, was three wide along the turn while chasing the pace, made a late move in the stretch to pressure TIME TO ZOOM and could not reel that foe in while besting the rest. LOCKWOOD set command of the early fractions while saving ground, gave up the lead entering the stretch and tired in the drive while still holding on to third. FINE RED RESERVE settled toward the back of the field early while saving ground, continued to save ground through the turn while chasing the leaders and had no late response. FIELD OF HOPE was green while outrun in the early stages, saved ground on the turn while at the back of the field and had no late response in the stretch run.
