Chart notes
MORESTRIDE with the second flight, shifted out to the five path nearing the stretch, surged to make the lead a furlong out and drew clear under right handed urging. ESPLANANDE pressed the pace along the inside for a half, drifted out to the five path giving up ground, came on again late and got up for second. BRIG made the lead soon after the start, set a pressured pace into the stretch then was outfinished. HENRY MAC inside, went evenly. TO WIN avoided a spill past the five sixteenths pole, lost contact with his field, was eased to the wire and walked off. BIG TRUCK allowed to settle, fell over a fallen rival just past the five sixteenths pole and was walked off. HAKMAN also fell over a fallen rival past the five sixteenths pole and was euthanized. STARTDFROMDABOTTOM with the second flight two wide into the turn, fell just past the five sixteenths pole and was walked off. THE STEWARDS POSTED THE INQUIRY SIGN BUT TOOK NO ACTION.
