Chart notes
ANGRY AMERICAN earned a measured lead inside in a race long duel and held on gamely under constant pressure. HANGAR ONE vied outside, loomed a stretch threat but could not get by the winner. VINNY DREAM split rivals rallying on the turn and made a gradual late gain. EXPLAIN saved ground throughout and flattened out through the stretch. MYHESSEXPRESS trailed to the stretch inside and was no factor. DAKOTA OUTLAW broke a step slowly, rushed up wide and gave way. SAPONARA prompted pace three wide for a quarter mile and stopped.
