FABLES LOVE AFFAIR was void of speed, advanced seven wide through the turn, was gaining, took control at the eighth pole and edged clear for the win. TOMORROW'S MINE tracked the early pace, raced six wide into the turn, was no match late and was up for second. ME FIRST set a pressured early pace, went four wide into the turn and weakened. MY FUNNY GAL was rushed to press the early pace, took a brief lead while racing five wide into the turn and faded. TIZ SIMPLY AWESOME was allowed to settle early, angled towards the inside and flattened out. SONGBIRD EYDIE was unhurried early and was no factor.
