Chart notes
CLIFTON PARK was unhurried early from the four path then he made an inside rally on the turn and fought for the win in the stretch drive. MAYFAIR HEIGHTS set the pace from the rail was headed after three quarters and came again to fight for the win in the stretch drive but just missed. TOWN DRUNK pressed the pace while racing two wide when asked gained on leaders but was no match for the top two. STACCATO was allowed to settle on the inside but failed to menace. HOODOO BROWN stalked the pace from the three path and faded in the stretch. MCORO chased the leaders while racing six wide and was through after three quarters.
