READY TO ANSWER chased the pace early on, was in the four path into the lane and had a late rush for place in the final stages. SEARING CHASE trailed the field early on, was off the rail into the lane, rallied and made a bid down the lane but weakened and lost place in the final stages. PIRATE RICK tracked the pace early, was in the three path into the lane and flattened out late in the stretch run.
