Chart notes
SCREENWRITER chased the pace early, was in the three path into the lane, came out and bumped foe repeatedly near the three sixteenths pole, made a bid three wide inside the eighth pole and edged clear in the final stages. TYNAN pressed the pace early two wide while pulling away from the field with the leader down the backstretch, was in the three path into the lane, took over and inched ahead near the eighth pole but yielded late in the drive. JOY OF TREASURE raced back early on, was in the five path into the lane, made a four wide bid down the lane but hung in the final stages. HOLLYWOOD HOOPLA shied from the rail into the first turn, set the early pace, pulled away from the field while dueling with foe, was off the rail into the lane and faltered in the stretch run. NATIVE CHARM was bumped entering the first turn, chased the pace, raced along the four path into the lane, was bumped and bothered near the three sixteenths pole and faded late in the drive. TACTICAL EDGE bumped foe into the first turn and no factor thereafter. HASHTAG WINNER was done early.
