Chart notes
CALCULATING KING was unhurried early in the four path then gained ground on the turn from the inside and angled out at the head of the stretch to make a late rally for the win. GRAND ROYALE was forwardly place in the five path on the backstretch then moved in to the three path to run down leaders but was clearly second best. MAN U vied for the early lead from the two path then led briefly and drifted out at the head of the stretch but was able to hold the show. ZYPTO set the early pace from the inside and gave way at the head of the stretch. WRITE ME A SONG was within striking distance early but was not a factor late. POP CULTURE pressed the pace from the inside then steadily retreated.
