Chart notes
SARAH BELLUM raced in the four path the opening turn and took the lead leaving the nine sixteenths pole, came under pressure approaching the three eighths, rounded the far turn near the rail and was steadily handled to hold on. BABY MELISSA broke inward to make contact with BUSINESS CLASS and stumbled causing the rider to lose an iron, settled off the pace and off the rail on the opening turn, started a bid toward the seven sixteenths pole, raced in the three path of the far turn and was gaining steadily on the winner, while the latter was bumped at the break and steadied off the heels of rivals into the first turn and kept in check while lacking room through the turn, settled close into the backstretch, bid toward the three eighths pole, rounded the far turn near the rail then flattened stride the final sixteenth. PLAY CHARADES had her heels clipped shortly after the break then stalked off the rail leaving the nine sixteenths pole, gave chase from the seven sixteenths and rounded the far turn off the rail, though showed little further. UNEXPECTEDLY broke outward to make contact with Business Class then clipped the heels of Play Charades and dropped well back to save ground, started a bid toward the seven sixteenths pole, came through the far turn four wide and showed little more. CHOSEN MISS rounded the opening turn in the four path, raced outside into the backstretch and never factored. FORT ZANNA came through the first turn about the five path and rated close into the backstretch, picked up the chase toward the three eighths pole, but weakened into the far turn. CHROMATIC bobbled at the break then took over toward the three quarter pole and angled to the inside, but was taken up past the nine sixteenths pole and vanned off post race.
