SY MICHAEL unhurried in the early part, had an outside trip, entered the home stretch 5wide, dueled down the stretch with CITY PARK, drifted in, bumped rival and proved the best late. CITY PARK challenged for the early advantage, forwardly placed throughout, dueled down the final stretch with SY MICHAEL, was bumped and couldn't match strides late. JANETS JAY JAY void of early speed, moved up around the second turn, entered the home stretch seven wide, rallied and finished willingly. HENNING lacked early speed and passed tired ones late. VENN dueled on the front end, saved ground and faded. SCHNELL pressed the pace, saved ground and retreated. DADDY COOL CAT challenged for the early lead and stopped. A STEWARDS INQUIRY WAS CALLED INTO THE RUNNING OF THE RACE ALSO THE JOCKEY OF #6 CITY PARK LODGED A CLAIM OF FOUL AGAINST #7 SY MICHAEL FOR INTERFERENCE DOWN THE HOME STRETCH.
