Chart notes
HONORARIAN vied for the early lead, took the advantage around the final turn, drove clear and won under steady urging. SHAR'S TREASURE raced within contention, came around the final turn three wide, made a late bid and finished willingly. WAYPOINT raced near the back in the beginning, saved ground around the final turn, made a mild bid and proved no match for the top two. GOLDEN NOGUEZ went to the front, drove clear and faded. AND YET ANOTHER void of early speed and was never close. IBEAM raced within striking distance, dropped back and was outrun. WILD ONE FOREVER was fractious in the gates, left at post and walked off. A STEWARDS INQUIRY WAS CALLED CONCERNING #2 AT THE START OF THE RACE. AFTER VIEWING REPLAYS STEWARDS DECLARED HIM A STARTER.
