Chart notes
ARDENLEE STAR set the pace from the inside, was well handled on the front end then was headed past the quarter pole, dug in gamely and had a long stretch drive with KING FORD, rider switched sticks in deep stretch to left handed encouragement and he was resurgent to prevail late. KING FORD stalked the early pace and made a three wide bid on the far turn to gain a short advantage, then had a long drive with the winner but was denied late. RAGS FOR BRITCHES was rated along the inside, angled out in the stretch for racing room to offer a mild rally, got show award. DYESS was well rated while four wide down the backstretch, but lacked the needed winning bid, lost show late. CORVETTE SPIRIT was void of early speed, came into the stretch six wide and offered a belated rally. RAILROADER was allowed to settle early on the inside then weakened. WICKED CITI was reserved early, raced three wide past the quarter pole while being no threat. LUCKY STREAKER was reserved early, raced four wide down the backstretch and tired.
