Chart notes
SILVER FURY assumed command of the early pace, was two wide along the backstretch and second turn, spurted clear in the stretch, was pressured late by STONE GROOVE but held on to prevail. STONE GROOVE stalked the early pace, was three wide along the second turn while close up, was able to mount a late rally in the stretch to pressure SILVER FURY but could not reel that foe in while besting the rest. UNLAWFUL ACT had no speed early, was three wide along the first turn, five wide on the backstretch, four wide on the second turn, gained into the stretch but could not go on with that run and finished evenly late. ANGELO'S PRIDE settled toward the rear of the field, gained position while two wide along the second turn but did not go on with that run and finished evenly in the stretch. UBER STAR was allowed to settle, was three wide between horses on the second turn, lost position off of the turn, gave out in the stretch and was pulled up after the finish line and walked off.
