Chart notes
TOM'S SURPRISE chased the early pace, improved position along the turn while two wide, took the lead inside of the eighth pole, drifted out a bit in the stretch but held on to prevail. PAPAPIFAS stalked the early pace, was two wide along the turn while close up, made a bid in the stretch but was outfinished by the winner late. JUNGLE CRY settled at the rear of the field, was two wide along the turn, improved position into the stretch and had a late rally in the drive to just miss for second. APPRECIATED settled in the middle of the pack, saved ground along the turn and finished evenly in the drive. WAR GAMES set the fractions through the turn while saving ground, was confronted entering the stretch and tired in the drive. ARRIVEDERCI ROMA chased the early pace, lost position on the turn while three wide, and was empty for the stretch run.
