Chart notes
HOLY CATHOLIC was on the pace inside of PEGGY SLEW while off the rail to the stretch, kicked away under urging to mid stretch then was tiring but held on. SASSY EINSTEIN had no speed, raced three wide to the stretch then shifted inside in upper stretch and closed steadily. ZU ZU FLYNN was chasing the winner to the turn, got fanned four wide to the stretch and could not make an impact in the drive. CLARE'S IRISH EYES stalked the pace to the turn, was two then three wide to the stretch, got outkicked to mid stretch and weakened. PEGGY SLEW hustled to duel outside the winner and three wide, got outrun to mid stretch and tired. BROADWAY BABE had no speed, trailed to the stretch and was not a threat. WINDS ALOFT chased the pace from the rail to the stretch then gave way. LIL INDIAN ANNIE had no speed and was outrun.
