STRONG GEM was rated off the second flight along the inside in the opening stages, shifted out gaining position between foes racing into the far turn, then shifted four wide entering the lane to prove best of the others late. ZANDREA'S urged dictating the pace along the rail on a narrow margin to the backstretch, dueled for command inside foes into upper stretch but weakened late. DONNAMEUP angled inwards to prompt the pacesetter to the backstretch, pressed the issue between foes on the far turn to the lane and weakened late. MOTHERWELL angled to the inside tracking behind the second flight racing to the far turn and continued evenly along the inside late. MARIALUISA settled outside foes racing to the backstretch, angled inwards nearing the far turn, split foes nearing upper stretch and continued with interest to improve position. GLOVANNA, caught a bit wide early gaining a position in second flight, lodged a brief bid three wide between foes racing through the far turn but gave way nearing upper stretch. BIG LIZ, off last, angled to the inside early to make some brief progress, but came up empty entering the far turn. STRATOSPHERA settled between foes and proved no threat. TEGLA settled between foes in the last flight and never seriously menaced. TEACHER DRAMA, caught four wide racing to the first turn tracking off the second flight, faded after a half.
