Chart notes
BE QUICK broke sharply and raced to the lead from along the rail entering the first turn, set a pressured pace from along the inside in the run down the backstretch and through the final turn, and inched clear in the drive in a solid effort. CASCADE BILLY away alertly and tracked the leaders in the run down the backstretch while saving ground along the inside, waited briefly through the final turn, and finished willingly three wide in the drive. PORTER GENT away well and pressed the leader two wide in the run down the backstretch, continued to force the issue two wide through the final turn, was unable to keep tabs with the winner entering the lane, and was unable to hold the place while proving best of the rest. PRINCE CAIRO unhurried early while dropping back to trail, commenced his bid three wide entering the final turn, and finished with late interest four wide in the drive. EL NOBLE tracked the leaders while racing two wide in the run down the backstretch, rallied two wide through the final turn, but needed more when called upon. BOLD ARCH stumbled shortly after the start, and chased the leaders four wide through the first turn before pressing the leaders three wide in the run to the final turn, but faded in the late going. PAY MY WAY settled off the early pace while racing one out from the rail entering the backstretch, rallied along the inside approaching the final turn, but failed to respond when called upon.
