Chart notes
MAYFAIR HEIGHTS was hustled a bit early to lay up close, moved up three wide between rivals in the stretch and prevailed under all out pressure. STACCATO stalked the early pace, raced four deep down the backstretch, moved up four wide nearing the three sixteenths pole and finished gamely to just miss. COLLECTION showed good early speed to set all the pace along the inside and finished willingly to the wire. TOWN DRUNK stalked the early pace along the inside, saved ground around the far turn into the stretch, angled out at the sixteenth pole to the four path and had not enough. MCORO was allowed to settle early on, raced five deep at the eighth pole and had no late rally. HUNTER QUICK raced five wide around the first turn, stalked the pace and failed to sustain a bid.
