Chart notes
CALESCENT showed good early speed along the inside and built a clear lead through the stretch under a strong hand ride. EKATI'S HIT was allowed to settle early on, raced along the inside around the far turn, shifted out in the stretch, raced five wide at the eighth pole but was no match for the winner. REASON WHY pressed the pace, raced just off the inside and weakened through the stretch. SIMONA'S CHOICE stalked the early pace, raced four wide at the three sixteenths pole and had no late response. MODIFIED was slow early on and failed to respond. JEWEL AZUL settled off the early going, saved ground and never threatened.
