Chart notes
BIKER TIM seized command at once, was briefly challenged on the turn, responded when given his cue and drew clear in the stretch. FLAT ROCK leaned out at the start, was urged on the turn, responded and kept on while three wide in the stretch. DOWNIE'S HIP stalked the pace, was brushed aside leaving the turn and did not factor in the stretch. DRIVER never menaced. CALLUM UP EARLY raced in striking position while three wide, was asked on the turn and weakened. DRYSPELL was outpaced while three wide, clipped heels when in tight quarters at the eighth pole, fell and walked off. FOLLOWING THE RACE, THE STEWARDS CONDUCTED AN INQUIRY INTO DRYSPELL'S MISHAP AND MADE NO CHANGES.
