Chart notes
AERO STREET was well rated on the inside, eased out leaving the five sixteenths pole to launch a four wide bid, hit the front at the furlong marker, and was slowly going away late to prove best under a drive. DEANOS CAPE was between horses on the first turn, then was rated back to be well placed towards the inside by the half mile pole, made a three wide leaving the quarter pole, led briefly in upper stretch, but was outfinished by the winner while holding on to the place award. CLEVER UNION was allowed to settle early, launched a bid outside the winner while five wide on the turn but needed more. BATTLESHIP BEVO vied for the early lead three wide, made a bid and crossed over to the inside by the quarter pole, but faded in the drive. DAYS OF GLORY vied for the lead on the inside then weakened. HAMAZING WISDOM had no rally while three to four wide throughout.
