SMART RIDE away alertly pressed a narrow lead through the turn edging clear in upper stretch holding firm late on the inside. COOSA RIVER pressured the pace dueling through the turn ceding a clear lead to rival in upper stretch needing all late to save place. GOLDEN OAK tracked evenly on the turn angling inside near the eighth pole responding to finish well. RUN RABBIT bobbled missing the break, saved ground advancing on the rail being crowded steadying briefly near the eighth pole. CAPTAIN YENNER raced evenly varying little throughout. LORD BYRON was steadied when in tight between horses past the seven sixteenths pole. BO RHAPSODY was never involved. U S S COSTLY pressed hard early wilting outside the quarter pole.
