Chart notes
POWERFUL MOON stalked the pace from the inside into the stretch, shifted out to the five path, responded readily under left handed urging to make the lead near the furlong marker and won going away. GOODIE GOOMER unhurried early, swung wide, rallied through the stretch in the seven path and finished clear for second. HAPPILEA broke sharply, set the pace until mid stretch then weakened late. BOSS BEAR failed to menace. MIDNIGHT TEQUILA was no threat. SQUIRREL pressed the pace two wide into the stretch then stopped.
