Chart notes
YA GOTTA WANNA saved ground entering the first turn then tracked the top trio down the backstretch, launched a three wide bid around the final turn, took over the lead from CANDIZAR upper stretch and finished going away. CANDIZAR raced four wide entering the first turn then applied pace pressure to the leader, moved up and took over the lead late on the far turn, got collared by eventual winner upper stretch then sustained a steady effort to finish clearly second best. DON GUILLERMO was unhurried and raced in the last flight, hustled up two wide entering top stretch, showed interest and passed foes to take a share. ITS A CITY DAY raced in the last flight, launched a bid on the far turn, moved into stretch run five wide and needed more for serious impact. KING ZIPPY was forwardly placed down the backstretch, failed to advance under pressure on the far turn then gave way. SENATOR CON established the early lead and led the way around the first turn, set a pressured pace down the backstretch, could not match strides for the lead past the quarter pole then steadily faded. STANTON C raced in the last flight, moved into stretch run two wide and had no response. Race was hand timed
