ROUGH RIDE was away in good order to set a pressured pace from the inside, opened a clear margin nearing the five-sixteenths pole and held to the wire. OFFICER OF WAR was bumped hard at the break, raced unhurried early, moved six-wide through the turn and rallied late. INQUISITION lacked early foot, saved ground through the turn, angled out into the stretch and finished with good late energy. MOJAVE was bumped at the start, chased the winner while racing five-wide and failed to gain in the drive. BRETT was bumped hard at the break, settled off the leaders early, moved five-wide through the turn and finished evenly in the drive. FREESTONE was bumped at the start, chased the leaders while racing three-wide and gave way after going a half. STANLEY RYDER was bumped hard at the break then allowed to settle, raced four-wide through the turn and was not a factor. FLAT OUT FEISTY was bumped at the start, chased the leaders while racing three-wide for a half and weakened.
