ARTIE'S LADY was unrushed early, stalked the pace in the three path, angled five wide in the stretch, rallied and wore down the leader and won by the slimmest of margins under mild urging. HARD NIGHT was bumped at the start, vied between foes, was clear in the stretch and was caught at the wire. TOE TAPPIN LUKE raced inside and gained the show spot late. STOKED vied three wide before giving way in the stretch. FIFTYFIVE STRONG was bumped at the start, was unrushed in the three path, moved out six wide in the stretch but had no bid. PAST POST bore in at the start, bothering foes, was clear briefly, vied inside, then gave way on the turn.
