Chart notes
HALF AGAIN close from the start off the inside, dueled outside the runner up through the turn, kicked clear in the drive, kept to task late. CURTIN'S UP broke on top, showed the way up the backstretch inside, dueled through the turn while remaining closest to the inside, could not match the winner in the drive, narrowly saved the place. FRANK THE MAYOR within striking distance off the inside, four wide through the turn, slowly getting to the runner up in the late going. BOOTSIE'S GALAXY last to leave, moved outside, raced five wide and within striking distance turn, not dangerous through the lane while going evenly to the wire. CLUB SODA bobbled at the break, moved up and out to race three wide through the turn, came up empty for the drive.
