FULSOME trailed the field early, raced in the two path along the first turn, was in the five path along the far turn while uncorking a rally, stayed in the five path entering the lane, continued the rally down the lane, drove past the leader with authority, drew away and was geared down in the final stages. O BESOS chased pace early, raced in the three path along the first turn, was in the four path along the far turn and into the lane, inched to the front briefly near the three sixteenths pole but lugged in while no match for the winner in the final stages. HELIUM set the pace from the outset, was on the inside into the lane and faltered late in the stretch run. SOUTHERN PASSAGE hugged the rail in both turns and moved up in the stretch drive.
