Chart notes
HOLD THE SPENDING bumped a couple times at the break, raced in contention between rivals, swung to the outside for the stretch run, took over nearing the furlong marker and widened command while kept to task. MEXIA was kept close, had the rail on the turn, came off the inside for a clear path entering the lane, took over second inside the final eighth and was clearly best of the rest. I SAW HER FIRST briefly rank at the start, rushed up to gain the lead before the end of the first quarter mile, was challenged from outside on the turn and wore down for the drive. LITTLE MOLITTA bumped a couple times with HOLD THE SPENDING at the start, had the rail on the turn, came off the inside for the drive and steadily improved position between horses without threatening. MARYS LAST SONG reared up at the break and only passed outside tired ones. FADED ROSE lugged in after the start and faded two wide on the bend. LAURA ATTACK broke alertly, was overtaken from outside, went again for the lead outside I SAW HER FIRST on the turn but gave way for the drive. MYSTERY STAR forced in after the start, was steadied back from tight quarters after a furlong and faded from inside on the turn.
