Chart notes
CANDY INVASION rated off the pace and off the rail the first turn then eased out into the backstretch, bid nearing the three eighths pole and progressed five wide on the far turn, dug in from the head of the lane to take the lead later yards and inched clear under the wire. SEATTLE SAILAWAY quickly took the lead and rated the pace inside, came under pressure nearing the three eighths pole and contested the advantage nearest the rail on the far turn, dug in under steady stretch encouragement, but was headed in later yards and reluctantly ceded. ISHIHARA stalked then challenged nearing the three eighths pole, raced close off the rail on the far turn then flattened stride inside the sixteenth pole. BRIGHT DAWN rated just off the early pace inside, picked up the chase approaching the three eighths pole, raced near the rail on the far turn then flattened out inside the eighth pole. RIP THORN rated close about the three path the first turn, gave chase from the three eighths pole then faded through the far turn. SPUNMAN settled back off the rail the opening turn then eased out with a bid into the backstretch, ran in the four path of the far turn and weakened. BOP MARLEY raced outside into the backstretch, picked up the chase from the three eighths pole, rounded the far turn in the four path and showed little further.
