Chart notes
SOLID GOLD BAR was away quickly and moved closer to the inside, vied outside of PROUD ZONING for the early lead, shook free turning for home and held firm under steady pressure. PROUD ZONING vied inside of SOLID GOLD BAR for the early lead, could not maintain equal terms nearing upper stretch but sustained a steady effort and finished clearly second best. HIT BTWEEN THE ICE hustled along in steady pursuit through early stages, was ridden along four to five wide into the stretch run and churned on to gain a share. MR. SILVER EXPRESS was the closest pursuer of the clear top pair around the turn, stayed on three wide into the lane then flattened in the final furlong and lost show. DECK HUMOR saved ground and raced in range through the early going, cut the corner entering the lane then gave way. E BAR GOLD was hustled along two wide around the turn and failed to move on. R H EXPRESS raced off the early speed then five wide into the lane and lacked a needed rally. DIVE BAR raced three to four wide and had no late response. GO DANI GO lacked speed and failed to move into contention.
