Chart notes
FIELD DAY set a clear pace from the outset, was on the inside into the lane, widened a bit near the eighth pole and held safely in the final stages. ROLLING FORK chased the pace early on, was in the three path into the lane, rallied down the lane and slowly gained on the winner in the final stages. CEES GET DEGREES tracked the pace early, was bumped entering the turn, raced off the rail into the lane and flattened out late in the stretch run. PETIT VERDOT tracked the pace early on, was on the inside into the lane and weakened late in the stretch drive. MY GIRL RED trailed the field throughout.
