Chart notes
MAYBERRY SALOON stalked the pace, moved up five wide through the stretch and finished well to be clear late under strong encouragement. RANGE OF MOTION stalked the pace, moved up four wide at the eighth pole while racing between rivals to finish well to get up for the place position. CAJUNS GOLDEN POND set all the pace, raced along the inside in the stretch and weakened the final eighth of a mile. LIGHTNING LEE was slow early, raced towards the inside in the stretch and had not enough in the drive. FLAMIN FIRE raced up close early on and weakened while racing three wide in the lane. DOUBLE PRIORITY was allowed to settle early on, raced six wide into the upper stretch and had no late response. FREIGHTRAINFREEMAN raced four wide past the eighth pole and had no response. ENCHANTED EMPIRE dropped back early and failed to respond. CHEESEBURGER saved ground and failed to menace. The seven furlong time was unavailable.
