PAPA TOM B Tracked along the three path, challenged at the top of the lane, battled and under pressure proved best. MR. MIMS Set the pace along the rail, two path on the turn, was hooked nearing the quarter pole, battled inside, lost the whip a sixteenths out and just missed. SIMBASALLTROUBLE Well placed four wide into the turn, three path out of it, angled out some and finished with interest. MIGHTY WIND In hand along the rail on the turn, asked inside into the lane and weakened. JET FOR ANDY Four wide on the turn, angled out and tired. SILVERADO TRAIL Tracked along the two path into the turn and tired. K AND G Six wide early, two path on the turn and tired. A Stewards inquiry was posted concerning the run through the turn, also a claim foul was lodged by the rider of MR. MIMS against the winner for alleged interference around the turn, was not allowed.
