Chart notes
LAURA'S LIGHT stalked the pace setter three wide and made a bid when ready passed the quarter pole, assumed command leaving the turn, drifted in passed the three sixteenths pole, then was corrected with left handed urging, drew off in the final furlong to prove much the best while wrapped up late. RAVEN'S CRY (IRE) set the pace while removed from the rail, then was headed passed the quarter pole, angled out in the stretch and stayed on to be clearly second best. CURLIN'S JOURNEY chased the early pace three wide and faded, gained show award. SUMMER IN SARATOGA was allowed to settle early then made a inside middle move but then was empty. GOLD INCLUDED was off slow and no threat.
