Chart notes
TAPPIN FOR GLORY lied off of the pace five wide, rallied turning for home, then sustained her bid outside of foes while under a long drive to edge past the leaders a sixteenth out. WHATS THE CHANCES dueled inside of a pair of horses early on, but was headed by his outermost counterpart at the three furlong pole, sustained chasing position before rebidding for the lead turning for home by saving ground, forged an advantage in upper stretch, drifted out many paths through the final furlong as TAPPIN FOR GLORY menaced, and got bested by that foe in the late stages before holding place. JUST ENOUGH chased the pace two wide and from between horses, and produced a steady grind through the lane to bid inside of the leaders inside the final sixteenth, but did not have enough. QUAD EIGHTS stalked four wide, bid for the lead turning for home, but failed to keep pace with inner rivals entering the lane, chased from between horses through upper stretch, but was outkicked by an inner foe at the furlong grounds, then kept on. SPANISH D'ORO lied off of the pace three to four wide around the turn, chased before altering course six wide inside the final furlong, and stayed on outside of foes late. EXCHANGE FEVER trailed, shifted two wide entering the lane, and improved between horses late without threatening. TIZ GOLDEN dueled for the lead from between horses early on, but failed to keep pace with those rivals into the turn, chased them entering the lane, but faded thereafter. COMMUNICATION FAIL dueled for the lead three wide, cleared into the turn, but failed to kick on entering the lane, was headed by an inner counterpart in upper stretch, and weakened between horses at the furlong grounds. EL SICARIO lied at the rear of the field in the six path around the turn, and never got involved. FLYING BANKROLL tracked from midpack along the inside, but faded turning for home.
