Chart notes
BAD KARMA prompted the pace two wide into the turn, drew on even terms for the lead, battled the length of the stretch and proved best under right handed urging. SUSIES WHO prompted the pace three wide into the stretch, drifted out a bit, dug in four wide and just missed. CAROL'S ROYALTY broke in front, set a pressured pace into the turn, matched strides the balance of the trip but was outfinished inside. MISS MAC had speed from the start along the inside, waited, shifted three wide nearing the sixteenth pole and finished with good courage. MEANASASNAKE bobbled at the start and was no factor. MISS OVER THERE had speed from the start, steadied outward over the leaders heels, clipped that one's heels near the nine sixteenths pole, had speed into the stretch then gave way. THE RIDER OF MISS OVER THERE LODGED A CLAIM OF FOUL AGAINST THE RIDER OF CAROL'S ROYALTY FOR ALLEGED INTERFERENCE SOON AFTER THE START, AFTER REVIEW THE STEWARDS TOOK NO ACTION.
