Chart notes
GOLDEN KEY set a clear pace inside, was urged away from the quarter pole and steadily encouraged through the lane. LAUGHING CAT exchanged contact with Golddigger's Dream leaving the gate then gave chase, rounded the turn in the three and four paths and dug in through the stretch to take second late yards. MOSS BOSS angled to the outside to give chase and rounded the turn about the five path, dug in through the stretch to take third the final strides and was gaining on the runner-up. HARTEL engaged in close chase through the backstretch, but dropped back into the lane and flattened stride. NIGHT TRAIN WAYNE steadied early then gave chase inside, rounded the turn off the rail to get around the fading Theheatofthenight, and ran evenly down the lane. INSOFAR gave chase and saved ground on the turn. THEHEATOFTHENIGHT gave chase through the backstretch then faded at the rail on the turn. GOLDDIGGER'S DREAM exchanged contact with Laughing Cat leaving the gate, angled out to give chase and raced in the four path of the turn.
