EXPENSIVE DEVON pressed winner throughout along the rail, battled gamely in the stretch to hold place. POLITICAL LOOPHOLE tracked leaders in between rivals on the backstretch, continued two wide on the turn, gained on leaders under strong urging in the stretch.
