Chart notes
BAPTIZE THE BOY saved ground around the turn stalking the pace, eased out in upper stretch, swept to command near the sixteenth pole and drew out. MAGIC MULE , bumped by JOHN THE BEAR leaving the starting gate, circled the turn four deep, drifted out a bit in upper stretch and rallied outside foes. ARTISTIC REASON raced in the two path on the turn, angled to the inner rail entering the stretch, remained inside horses and rallied mildly. JOHN THE BEAR came in at the break, sprinted to the early lead, set the pace along the rail and gave way late. MARKET CAP , steadied when shuffled back about a sixteenth of a mile after the start, hugged the inner rail around the turn, eased out in upper stretch and gave way the final furlong. DESHACKLED chased the early pace and faltered leaving the turn.
