Chart notes
RIDING IN THE WIND never far back, closed with a rush three wide in the five path through the stretch under right handed urging and was along in time. CRAFTY CHIEF away alertly, matched stride for the early lead three wide, shook clear after a quarter, set the balance of the pace then couldn't handle the late charge of the winner. FLINT CORN was bumped at the start, trailed early then closed a gap late in the five path. BUCKEYE KITTEN inside early, shifted out three wide at the top of the stretch then went evenly. FIREUPTHEJET bobbled at the start, battled for the early lead along the inside, had speed into the stretch and weakened late. THIS MAN CAN bore out at the start bumping a rivals, contested the early lead between horses two wide, chased the pace into the stretch then gave way late. PLATE IT UP had brief speed.
